Skills & Requirements:

6 months previous sales experience required.
Experience with customer retention preferred.
Experience with email correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to understand and use key principles to improve process and retention techniques.
Team oriented and a strong individual performer that shares best practices with other members.
Adept at using sales and retention strategies through brand building techniques.
Committed to understanding and exercising a mastery of each products benefits and/or value proposition to customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to demonstrate conversational skills.
Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
Attention to detail.
Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Prioritize assignments and deadlines with the ability to be flexible to meet the most urgent task.
Quiet, secure and uninterrupted home work environment.
Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection.
Proficient typing and computer skills in fast pace environment.
Comfortable in learning and using digital tools.
Self Disciplined.
Ability to work independently and avoid distractions.
Self Motivated.
Wired headset and ethernet connection required.
